About ActAI Compliance

ActAI Compliance publishes plain-English guides to AI regulation around the world, so founders, developers and compliance teams can work out which rules apply to them without reading hundreds of pages of legal text.

Who runs this site

This site is run by the team behind Attestly, a platform that generates EU AI Act Annex IV technical documentation from AI agent traces. We say so openly: Attestly is relevant to some EU articles, and we mark those with a clear note. Guides about other countries are written to be useful whether or not you ever use Attestly.

How we write

• We link to official sources wherever we can.
• Every article shows when it was last reviewed.
• AI law is changing quickly, so when something is uncertain we say so instead of guessing.
